Refashioning Fun!

Remember this?

Well, I went crazy with some spray paint

and got these:

and these:

My old black shoes are

GONE!!!

Black is firmly out of my life.

I feel lighter and more free.

And I got some cute new shoes out of it!

And I think these look cuter in color
than they ever did in black!

Now I just need to get some new shoe inserts
since the insides sort of got sprayed a little too.

  4. I never thought about spray painting shoes; were your shoes patent leather to start? I've always wanted gold shoes, so maybe I'll take a look at Target and see if there are any spray-paint worthy options. Maybe ruby red, too...

  5. Brigitte ~ I messaged you on FB. Double check to make sure your FB email settings haven't blocked us. :D Hope to see you over there soon!

Rebekah ~ Gold shoes are fun ~ you should try it out! I don't think they were patent leather but some sort of faux something or other! :D Real helpful, eh? Of all the shoes I painted, so far I have only had one that ended up cracking when I wore them. So just be sure they are shoes you don't care about or didn't spend a lot of money on in case they don't work out!
