I'm All Out Of Love . . .

. . . with my workout routines!

That's why I'm so excited to start my
At Home Workout Club!



It will be all about building up a workout library of your own at home.  Why am I doing this and why might you be interested too?  I see several good reasons to have your own workout library:
  1. Because you might not have a gym that is easily accessible to you to use.  Or it might be too expensive to join a gym. 
  2. Because even though you might have a gym membership, sometimes it is easier to workout at home if you're short on time or if the weather isn't cooperating very well, or if your kids are sick and you can't leave.
  3. Because maybe you have a gym membership but want to build up your own library at home so that you can end that high paying gym membership, save money and workout at home instead.  
  4.  Because it's nice to have choices at home!
On the first of each month I will post what I am adding to my own workout library if you want to get it too.  I will try to keep it in a reasonable price range around $30-45 {even less if I can get away with it!}.  The goal after a while is to have plenty of options to choose from when you're working out. 

I may throw out challenges every once in a while and fun fitness ideas too.  Because after all, I always did want to own my own little destination health spa!  {Just indulge me please?}




It's a new year!
Enthusiasm is high!
So get ready! 

I'm going to infuse some more fun into my workouts!

  1. I won't be able to add to my library much this year but I'm excited to see which different things you choose and how you like/don't like them throughout the year. I'm also excited to get back in the game after I have this baby (which is hopefully VERY VERY soon).

    Oh, and now I can't get that song out of my head, lol. "I'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you..."
