One of those days

Today I had one of those days.

Busy.

House is a mess.

Had some work done at the dentist.

Major ouchies.

Like my head wants to explode.

My jaw is so sore.

Took dinner to a neighbor.

Babysat the cousins.

But I have a sweet husband.

He sent me home from the babysitting stint

While he finished watching the cousins.

Not my tub or candles unfortunately.  But nice imagery, eh?

I got to take a nice long soak in the tub.

Complete with Dora the Explorer strawberry bubbles,

lots of ibuprofen

and those flameless LED flickering candles

{whoever came up with that idea is genius I tell you!}

With some soft music playing

I am soo ready to call it a night!

But luckily today was a GOOD HAIR DAY!

At least I had that going for me!
I consider that a tender mercy!
